"Never Give Up, Never Surrender"!

That classic line from Galaxy Quest came to mind when I read this article in the Boston Globe about Daniel Nava. He's a AA player in the Red Sox organization who just doesn't believe in the word quit.

If you have a young player who loves to play the game of baseball but might not be the best at it, have them read this article. It's pretty inspiring. With all the stories out there on the superstar players who've had everything handed to them and abuse that privilege, a player like this comes along that brings back the appreciation for the game of baseball.
