El Toro High School outfielder Mitchell Tolman has verbally committed to Cal State Fullerton. The 5'11", 185 junior came on the national scene last summer as he excelled in the Elite Baseball Series and carried the momentum over into the fall/winter season. Tolman can play both infield and outfield spots and his bat projects well at the D1 level.
The 4 time National Champion Titans who came within 1 out of going back to the College World Series last year, have reloaded and will be in national contention again this year. Led by pre season All Americans Noe and Nick Ramirez (no relation), the Titans are ranked 12th in the pre season by Collegiate Baseball America and play one of the toughest schedules in the country. Expect to see the Titans roll thru the Big West Conference and compete for the National Championship.
