UPDATE - 01/10 - Apparently the Reds have made a last minute offer and look to be signing Chapman. $30 million over 5 years.
"Inside Sources" within the Los Angeles Angels have confirmed they're going hard after Aroldis Chapman. Expect to see him sign by the end of the week.
