RIP

On an exciting day in the NBA with LeBron James announcing his new team, some sadness came with the news that Mel Turpin, former number 6th pick in the 1984 draft, had committed suicide. I remember the Big Dipper well as I was a fan of those early 80's Kentucky teams.

Rest In Peace Mel.
